Job summary

Elara Caring is hiring a Home Health Aide (PCA) to provide essential in-home personal care and companionship. You will assist with bathing, grooming, mobility, feeding, and daily tasks, helping clients maintain independence and dignity.

The role requires HHA and/or CNA certification from MA, a high school diploma or GED, and reliable transportation. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401K match, and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• HHA certification and/or valid CNA Certification required from Massachusetts
• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience caring for elderly or disabled preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable personal transportation to travel to client homes
• Ability to lift, stand, bend, and assist clients up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care like bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform housekeeping and laundry tasks
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with errands and transportation to appointments
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment
