BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Part-time CNA to provide in-home care across Sussex county, including Lewes, Rehoboth, and Milton. You will assist with activities of daily living and help clients maintain independence in their homes.

We offer training, flexible scheduling, and a supportive team. Must have DE Nurse Aide Registry active status, one year of experience, and a strong commitment to compassionate care.

• Must be listed on the DE Nurse Aide Registry, active and in good standing.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Criminal background check completed.
• Meet all state requirements.

We are currently recruiting for a Part-time CNA to reliably serve patients on a per visit basis throughout towns in Sussex county, specifically in the surrounding Lewes, Rehoboth, and Milton areas.

A Home Health Aide / Certified Nurse Aide must:

• Have at least one year of work experience
• Must be listed on the DE Nurse Aide Registry, active and in good standing.
• Demonstrate an ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English
• Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination
• Have a criminal background check completed
• Meet all state requirements

Job Responsibilities for HHA - Home Health Aides / CNA - Certified Nurse Aide :

Additional Information:

Base Pay, depending upon qualifications, status, and subject to negotiation:

$23.00 - $27.00 per point
