Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking CNAs and HHAs to care for adult and geriatric clients in Delaware. Pay is up to $20 per hour, with 4-12 hour shifts available, and weekly pay.

Talent Scout Bonus $500 for referrals that work 100 hours. Qualified applicants have at least one year of work experience (not necessarily in the HHA field), current CNA license or proof of HHA certificate with 75 hours or more, and out-of-state licenses are accepted.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with activities of daily living.
• Light housekeeping.
• Bathing and grooming.

• Range of motion exercises.
• Transfers and use of lifting devices.
• Assistance with ambulation.
• Medication reminders.

BAYADA offers Home Health Aides (HHAs):

• Field Employees are eligible for any of BAYADA’s group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits if you work an average of 30 hours per week over a 3-month measurement period.
• Field Employees working less than 30 hours per week are eligible for the Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans.
