BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking an experienced Certified Home Health Aide for part-time or per-diem opportunities to complete home health visits across Middlesex, Union, and Somerset Counties in New Jersey.

The role includes 1:1 patient care, support within a multidisciplinary team, and flexible scheduling. Access to transportation is required and BAYADA emphasizes a compassionate, values-driven workplace with ongoing support and benefits.

Qualifications

• At least one year of work experience.
• Must be listed on the NJ Nurse Aide Registry, active and in good standing.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination.
• Criminal background check completed.
• Meet all state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Light housekeeping.
• Bathing and grooming.
• Toileting and nail care.
• Range of motion exercises.
• Transfers using mechanical lifting devices.
• Oral feeding and vital sign checks.
• Home management tasks: laundry, meal prep, bed making.

Job description

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an experienced Certified Home Health Aide for part-time or per-diem opportunity to complete home health visits to clients located throughout Middlesex, Union and Somerset Counties. As a Home Health Aide, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides home health aide, skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.

A Home Health Aide must:

• Have at least one year of work experience
• Must be listed on the NJ Nurse Aide Registry, active and in good standing.
• Demonstrate an ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English
• Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination
• Have a criminal background check completed
• Meet all state requirements

Additional Information

Base Pay, depending upon qualifications, status, and subject to negotiation:

$28.00 - $34.00 per point
