Job summary

Affirmed Home Care is hiring experienced Home Health Aides (HHAs) for live-in opportunities throughout Suffolk County. You will provide one-on-one care and support in clients' homes, with flexible 3-, 4-, 5-day, or weekend live-in options.

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of HHA experience and a valid NYS HHA Certificate, with proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. Driver's license preferred. Sign-on and referral bonuses are offered.

• Minimum 1 year of HHA experience.
• Valid NYS HHA Certificate.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Physical exam within the past year.
• PPD/QuantiFERON within the past year or chest X-ray in past 5 years.
• MMR immunizations within the past 10 years.

Affirmed Home Care is hiring experienced Home Health Aides (HHAs) for live-in opportunities throughout Suffolk County.

• 3-Day Live-In
• 4-Day Live-In
• 5-Day Live-In

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Live-In HHA, you will provide compassionate, one-on-one care, including:

DRIVERS PREFERRED

A valid driver’s license is preferred, as many of our Suffolk County opportunities may require reliable transportation.
