Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Certified Caregiver (HHA/PCA) in Brooklyn, NY. You will provide one-on-one in-home care, including companionship and assistance with daily activities. The role requires NYS PCA or HHA certification and willingness to work 12-hour shifts, 8am–8pm.
