Giving Home Health Care in Espanola, NM is seeking a compassionate HHA or CNA to administer patient care at the home of clients under a physician care plan. This 1099 contract role offers flexible hours and one-on-one care.
You will work with clients and collaborate with CNAs, HHAs, and physicians, monitor vitals, assist with daily living, light housekeeping, meal prep, and maintain records. Required CPR, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within the service area.

We are looking for a compassionate HHA or CNA in Espanola, NM to administer patient care in accordance with a physician established care plan.
This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient’s residence. Once our patients are accepted into the program, there is no expiration for this benefit, which allows our team of caregivers to build lasting relationships with their patients for years to come.
This patient has the following schedule openings:
7 hours a week, on Frida mornings starting at 8am or 9am.
You’ll get to advocate for the patients and work one-on-one to provide them with the care that they need. This role will collaborate with CNA’s, HHA’s, Case Managers, and the patient’s physicians.
Offers are contingent upon passing a background check.
