Job summary

Giving Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide one-on-one in-home care under the physician-approved care plan. This is a 1099 contract opportunity offering 24 hours per week at $17–$18 per hour.

The caregiver will assist with ADLs, monitor vital signs, provide meal support, and maintain accurate documentation while communicating with family and care team to ensure safety and comfort in the home setting.

Qualifications

  • Current HHA or CNA certification, as applicable.
  • Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused.
  • Ability to provide professional, respectful care in a home setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow the established plan of care and document services accurately.
  • Ability to monitor vital signs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate, one-on-one care in the patient’s home.
  • Assist the patient with ADLs and personal care.
  • Support the patient in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and familiar home environment.
  • Perform light housekeeping related to the patient’s care.
  • Prepare meals and assist with meal-related needs.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, respiration, and other measurements as directed by the plan of care.
  • Provide medication reminders as permitted by the care plan and applicable regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of services provided.
  • Communicate with the patient’s family and other authorized individuals regarding the patient’s care and well-being.
  • Report changes in the patient’s condition or care needs to the appropriate member of the care team.

Home Health Aide (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide quality, one‑one care to a patient in their home. The caregiver will provide services in accordance with the physician‑established plan of care.

This is a 1099 contract opportunity providing care in the patient’s residence. We are currently seeking an HHA or CNA for 24 hours per week, with a pay rate of $17–$18 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
