Job summary

Legacy Home Care in the Twin Cities area is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides (CNA, HHA, DSP, PCA, ILS) to provide in-home care and support Independence for clients in their homes.

Pay is $20.00–$23 per hour with up to $2,000 in bonuses, plus benefits and PTO. The schedule is part-time with daytime shifts; drivers with reliable vehicles and willingness to travel up to 35 miles are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid documentation to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Willing to travel up to 35 miles from home to clients.
• 1+ year of caregiving experience (CNA certification is a plus!).
• Ability to pass a multiple-choice caregiving knowledge quiz.
• Minimum availability of 10 hours per week, including 1 weekend shift per month.

Responsibilities

• Drive to clients' homes and spend at least 2 hours with each client.
• Build strong rapport with older adult clients through regular visits.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and daily living activities.
• Help maintain household cleanliness and provide hands-on care like transfers and therapeutic exercises.
