Synergy HomeCare is seeking compassionate CNA, HHA, and PCA caregivers to provide in-home care in West Roxbury, MA. Position options include both full-time and part-time schedules with immediate openings.

Pay ranges from $20 to $23 per hour with weekly pay and 20+ hours per week available. We offer first and second shifts, weekday and weekend schedules, and flexible options to fit your needs.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification.
• Caregiving experience preferred.
• Patient, compassionate and reliable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently in a client’s home.
• Dependable and committed to scheduled shifts.
• Vaccination records preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Support walking, mobility, transfers and safe positioning.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a comfortable living space.
• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines.
• Communicate changes in a client’s condition or care needs to the care team.
