Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is actively hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to provide in-home care in West Roxbury, MA. You will assist clients with daily living activities, mobility, meals, and personal care while upholding dignity and independence.

We offer $20 to $23 per hour with weekly pay, 20+ hours weekly, full-time and part-time roles, first and second shifts, and flexible scheduling. Immediate openings available in West Roxbury.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification.
• Previous home care experience preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in clients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Help clients with walking, mobility, transfers, and safe positioning.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe and comfortable home.
• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines.
• Communicate changes in clients' conditions or needs to the care team.
