Qualifications

• 1+ year of paid caregiving experience or a CNA certification (state-recognized).
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance.
• Ability to confidently manage a dynamic client schedule.
• Heart for service, patience, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as dressing, grooming, bathing, and hygiene tasks.
• Assist multiple clients per day with light housekeeping, companionship, and daily routines.
• Travel between homes within a 35-mile radius.
• Use a mobile documentation system to chart visit notes quickly and accurately.
• Be a steady, supportive presence in the lives of Veterans, older adults, and individuals with disabilities.

Job Title: In-Home Caregiver / Home Health Aide (HHA)

Compensation: $20–$22/hour + $32–$34 per visit (for bathing/showering)

Travel Radius: Up to 35 miles from your home
