Summit Home Care is seeking experienced caregivers, HHAs, CNAs, and direct support professionals (DSPs) to deliver high-quality one-on-one care across the Twin Cities metro area. If you love helping others and can manage multiple client visits per day, this opportunity is for you.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of paid caregiving experience or a CNA certification.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance.
• Ability to confidently handle a dynamic client schedule.
• Heart for service, patience, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as dressing, grooming, bathing, and hygiene tasks.
• Assist multiple clients per day with light housekeeping, companionship, and daily routines.
• Travel independently between homes within a 35-mile radius.
• Use a mobile documentation system to chart visit notes quickly and accurately.
• Be a steady, supportive presence for Veterans, older adults, and individuals with disabilities.

Compensation: $20–$22/hour + $32–$34 per visit (for bathing/showering)
