Job summary

Family Pillars Homecare, LLC in Jensen Beach, FL is seeking dedicated HHAs and CNAs to join our growing team, providing compassionate in-home care to seniors and adults.

You will assist with ADLs, monitor fall risks, help with transfers and mobility, offer companionship, and follow personalized care plans, all while maintaining privacy and dignity. Flexible schedules and steady hours are available.

Qualifications

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility.
• Care for fall-risk patients with emphasis on safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility


• Provide care for afall-risk patientwith close attention to safety


• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility


• Provide companionship and emotional support


• Follow the patient’s individualized care plan


• Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and comfort at all times


• Communicate clearly with the care team regarding any changes or concerns

HHA/CNA Requirements

• HHA Certificate (or Pass the HHA State Exam) orCNA License (required)


• CPR -BLS Certification (required)


• Physical Health Form within the last 6 months


• Negative TB Skin Test results or TBQ - Quantiferon Gold TB Blood Test result


• CEU - HIV/Aids Certificate


• CEU- Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders Certificate


• Level 2 Background Check (or willingness to obtain)


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with proof of car insurance.


• Ability to work independently and professionally
