Family PillarsHomecare in Miami, FL is seeking dedicated HHA/CNA aides to join our compassionate home care team. You will assist with ADLs, support fall-risk patients, and help with transfers and mobility, while following personalized care plans.

We value independence, clear communication with the care team, and a compassionate approach. Flexible scheduling, local caseloads, and steady hours are offered as we grow across counties.

Qualifications

• HHA Certificate or CNA License is required.
• CPR-BLS Certification is required.
• Physical Health Form within the last 6 months.
• TB test results (TB Skin Test or Quantiferon Gold).
• CEU certifications: HIV/AIDS, Alzheimer's, and Self Medications.
• Level 2 Background Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with proof of car insurance.
• Ability to work independently and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding and mobility.
• Provide care for fall-risk patients with emphasis on safety.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Follow the patient’s individualized care plan.
• Maintain patient privacy, dignity and comfort at all times.
• Communicate clearly with the care team regarding changes or concerns.
