Job summary

Family PillarsHomecare is seeking dedicated HHAs and CNAs to join our growing team in Florida. We provide compassionate, reliable home care to seniors and adults and are expanding across multiple counties.

You will assist with ADLs, help with mobility, transfers, and provide companionship while following each patient's care plan. A valid state license or HHA/CNA certificate is required, along with CPR/BLS and a clean background check.

Qualifications

• HHA Certificate (or pass HHA state exam) or CNA license required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Physical health form within 6 months.
• Negative TB test or Quantiferon TB result required.
• CEU HIV/AIDS certificate required.
• CEU Alzheimer's certificate required.
• Level 2 background check or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport with proof of insurance.
• Ability to work independently and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding and mobility.
• Provide care for a fall-risk patient with emphasis on safety.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility
• Provide care for afall-risk patientwith close attention to safety
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Follow the patient's individualized care plan
• Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and comfort at all times
• Communicate clearly with the care team regarding any changes or concerns

HHA/CNA Requirements

• HHA Certificate (or Pass the HHA State Exam) orCNA License (required)
• CPR -BLS Certification (required)
• Physical Health Form within the last 6 months
• Negative TB Skin Test results or TBQ - Quantiferon Gold TB Blood Test result
• CEU - HIV/Aids Certificate
• CEU- Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders Certificate
• Level 2 Background Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with proof of car insurance.
• Ability to work independently and professionally
