Job summary

The Arbor Company is seeking a dedicated Caregiver in Voorhees Township, New Jersey. You will provide personalized care to help residents with daily activities and promote social engagement in a safe, supportive environment.

No professional license is required, and memory care experience is a plus. The role offers meaningful work with opportunities for growth, and a welcoming team focused on resident well‑being.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of care experience (Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, PCT or DSP).
• Memory care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.
• Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
