Job summary

The Arbor Company is seeking a compassionate caregiver to join our team in New Jersey. You will provide personalized support to seniors in daily living activities, helping residents stay engaged and safe in a welcoming community.

With 6+ months of caregiver experience, you will contribute to a respectful, supportive living environment. Certification is not required, and growth opportunities are available within the organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of caregiving experience (Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, PCT, DSP) required.
• Memory Care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to promote well-being.
• Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
