Job summary

The Arbor Company in Naperville, IL is hiring Caregivers to support seniors with daily living activities in a warm, respectful environment.

You will assist residents with mobility, personal care, and daily routines while encouraging social interaction and safety. Certification is not required, but 6+ months of caregiving experience helps you thrive in this supportive team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, PCT, or DSP) preferred.
• Memory Care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care to residents, assisting with daily living activities.
• Assist residents with mobility, grooming, bathing, and hygiene.
• Promote social engagement, safety, and a positive living environment for seniors.
