At Impactful Home Care, we believe in fostering a client-centered approach. Our Home Health Aides play a vital role in assisting clients with daily living activities while promoting their autonomy and well-being.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
2. Offer support with meal preparation, ensuring proper nutrition and catering to preferences.
3. Maintain a safe and clean home environment through light housekeeping tasks.
4. Assist with medication reminders and provide companionship, engaging in conversation and activities that bring joy.
5. Offer emotional support and promote a sense of well-being.
6. Observe and report any changes in the client's condition, behavior, or environment to the care team.
7. Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive care plan.
8. Uphold the highest standards of care by adhering to all company policies and state regulations.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Prior caregiving experience is preferred, but we're happy to train the right candidate!
3. CPR and First Aid certification (we can assist you in obtaining these if needed).
4. A compassionate and patient heart with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. The ability to assist clients with mobility and transfers (lifting up to 50 lbs).
6. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (may vary by position).
7. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Competitive wages ($12 - $15 per hour) with the opportunity for growth.
