Impactful Home Care is seeking dedicated and qualified Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team in Philadelphia! We are committed to providing exceptional in-home care for seniors, ensuring their medical needs are met with compassion and expertise.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
2. Collaborate with nurses to develop and implement individualized care plans.
3. Take vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure) and monitor overall health status.
4. Assist with medication administration (as directed by a physician's order).
5. Perform basic wound care and other clinical tasks as delegated by a registered nurse (RN).
6. Provide emotional support and companionship, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
7. Observe and report any changes in the client's condition, behavior, or environment to the RN or care team.
8. Maintain a clean and safe living environment through light housekeeping tasks as needed.
9. Uphold the highest standards of care by adhering to all company policies, state regulations, and professional guidelines.

Qualifications:

1. Current and active CNA licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.
2. Prior experience working as a CNA in a home healthcare setting is preferred.
3. Strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality care.
4. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
5. The ability to safely assist clients with mobility and transfers (lifting up to 50 lbs).
6. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (may vary by position).
7. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
