Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide compassionate, at-home care for seniors. This role focuses on essential personal care and support to help clients live safely in their own homes.

You will assist with daily activities, monitor wellbeing, and document care while collaborating with supervising staff. A family‑like culture and strong team support are emphasized.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of prior adult caregiving experience OR completion of a CNA course/certificate
• Two positive professional or personal references
• Compassionate, dependable, and respectful approach to client care
• Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with supervisors and the care team

Responsibilities

• Provide the personal care and support seniors need to live safely at home
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation and companionship
• Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises
• Provide medication reminders, document their condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns
• Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways
• Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading and hobbies
