Brooklyn Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Brooklyn, NY is seeking Home Health Aides to serve as Patient Escorts for our skilled nursing facility.

As a Patient Escort you will accompany residents to appointments, monitor health status, report issues to the supervising nurse, and maintain confidentiality. Valid New York State HHA Certification is required; occasional heavy lifting and strong teamwork are expected.
