Job summary

Four Seasons Home Health Care is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to provide essential care for individuals in their homes across Manhattan, Bronx, Queens, and Brooklyn. You will assist with personal care, companionship, and medication administration while following care plans and maintaining documentation.

Requirements include a NY State HHA certificate, English fluency with bilingual skills (English/Spanish or English/Creole) being a plus, and experience in home care.

Qualifications

• Experience in assisted living, home care, or similar settings.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality.
• Ability to perform tasks such as vital signs monitoring and medication administration.
• Understanding of dementia care practices is a plus.
• Compassionate attitude towards individuals with developmental disabilities.
