Base pay range

$10.50/hr - $12.50/hr

Responsibilities of a Home Health Aide

• Provide personal care and support to seniors to help them live safely at home
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship
• Help with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises
• Provide medication reminders, document conditions, and notify supervisors of concerns
• Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways
• Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies

Minimum Qualifications

• 1 year of supervised experience providing hands-on personal care or
• Certificate of Training (CNA or STNA)
• Valid Ohio driver’s license, auto insurance, and transportation
• Compassionate and helpful nature, good communication skills, ability to lift up to 50 lbs
