Earn Up to $22 per Hour.

Essential Job Requirements:

• Availability in: Brighton, Hyde Park, Brookline, Newton, and Waltham
• Willingness to work short-hour cases
• Ability to drive or use public transportation to cases

Job Responsibilities:

• Enhance clients' well-being and quality of life
• Provide direct client care: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, medication reminders
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment
• Provide transportation, meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, and grocery shopping as needed
• Support clients in activities of daily living
• Promote safety, hygiene, healthy eating, medication adherence, and social engagement
• Communicate effectively and work independently
• Identify and escalate unsafe or inappropriate conditions calmly and appropriately
• Respect diverse client backgrounds and personalities
