Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to care for clients in Milford, MA and surrounding towns. You will provide in-home care, assist with daily activities, light housekeeping, meal prep, and mobility support to help clients maintain independence.

Qualifications

• Must have a Home Health Aide certificate or CNA license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Assist with bathing, grooming and toileting.
• Perform range of motion/exercises and transfers as needed.
• Monitor vital signs and support medication administration as directed.
• Support home management tasks and mobility.

Job Responsibilities for HHA - Home Health Aide:

• Activities of daily living
• Light housekeeping
• Bathing
• Grooming
• Toileting
• Nail care
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
• Oral feeding
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication assistance
