Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care seeks dedicated Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to care for clients in their homes in Waltham and surrounding towns. Competitive pay, flexible scheduling, scholarships, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications include an HHA certificate or CNA license. Roles involve assisting with ADLs, mobility, transfers, vital signs, and home management tasks.

Qualifications

• HHA certificate or CNA license is required.
• Experience in home health care is preferred.
• Able to perform activities of daily living and monitor vital signs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Perform range of motion exercises and mobility support.
• Assist with transfers using mechanical lifting devices.
• Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse and respiration.
• Support home management tasks: laundry, meal prep, bed making, etc.

Home Health Aide (HHA) Certificate OR Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License.

Job Responsibilities for Home Health Aides (HHAs) / Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs):

• Activities of daily living
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
