BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to support clients in MA. As a member of our home care team, you will be valued, respected, and heard while delivering essential personal care and companionship.

Hours vary with flexible scheduling; benefits include health insurance for 30+ hours, 401(k), mileage reimbursement, weekly pay, and referral bonuses. Current HHA or CNA license or 1 year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current HHA or CNA license OR 1 year of experience
• Ability to perform ADLs and basic home management tasks
• Reliable and compassionate client-focused care

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing and grooming
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Provide mobility support and transfers as needed
• Assist with toileting and ROM exercises
• Home management tasks and laundry
• Medication assistance and transportation support
