Comfort Keepers in Gainesville, FL is seeking Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide uplifting in-home care for seniors and adults needing a helping hand. You will offer companionship and daily assistance in clients' homes, delivering one-on-one support with compassion.

We offer competitive pay ($17.00-$18.00 per hour), flexible schedules, paid training, Paid Time Off, medical insurance, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Companionship and/or personal care experience is preferred.
• Ability to pass background checks with work-related references.
• Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly companionship and assistance with daily activities (dressing, grooming, meals, medication reminders, errands, laundry, light housekeeping).
• Provide personal care including bathing, mobility, incontinence care, and feeding.
• Transport clients to appointments and appointments as needed.

Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Provides friendly companionship and assistance with daily activities including dressing guidance, grooming, meal preparations, medication reminders, running errands, laundry and light housekeeping.
• Personal care including bathing, dressing, mobility, incontinence care, feeding and other services.
• Provides transportation to doctor's appointments, beauty shops, etc.

Caregiver Requirements:

• Companionship and/or Personal Care experience, preferred
• A passion for the job and genuine desire to help others
• Access to reliable transportation with a willingness to travel
• Up-to-date car insurance in your name and valid Driver's License
• Ability to pass background checks with work-related references
