Job summary

Community Home Health Care in Indiana is hiring Home Health Aides to support older adults and individuals with developmental needs. They offer full-time and part-time schedules, weekend shifts with premium pay, and flexible hours across early mornings, evenings, and holidays, with weekly pay.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, companionship, and adherence to care plans, with emphasis on safety, privacy, and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Assisting with personal care and daily routines while protecting client dignity.
• Providing safe mobility, walking, and transfers as directed.
• Helping with meal preparation, feeding, and light housekeeping when included in the care plan.
• Offering companionship and respectful emotional support.
• Following care plans, agency procedures, and client preferences.
• Noticing and reporting changes in a client's condition or needs.
• Clear communication with clients, families, and the care team.
• Completing visit documentation accurately and on time.
• Respecting client privacy and maintaining professional boundaries.
