Valley Home Care is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to support clients in the comfort of their homes, helping maintain independence and safety. No certification required, and a strong team environment is emphasized.

You will work on activities of daily living, provide companionship, and report changes in condition as needed. The role offers flexible schedules, weekly pay, and a supportive team that values responsibility and dependable care delivery.

Formación

• Experience in patient care valued but not required.
• Ability to assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals.
• Strong reliability and caregiving attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Provide companionship and emotional support to create a positive and respectful environment
• Monitor and report any changes in a client’s condition or behavior
• Assist with mobility, including use of equipment such as Hoyer lifts when needed
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and general cleaning
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines when handling client information
