Job summary

Comfort Keepers is seeking Home Health Aides in the Gainesville and Chiefland areas to join our caring team. We offer competitive pay, flexible schedules, and a supportive work environment focused on elevating the human spirit through one-on-one in-home care.

As a caregiver, you will provide companionship, assist with daily activities, and transport clients to appointments. Training is provided, and we value a compassionate approach and reliability in serving seniors at home.

Qualifications

• Companionship and/or Personal Care experience preferred.
• Access to reliable transportation with a willingness to travel.
• Up-to-date car insurance and valid Driver's License.
• Ability to pass background checks with work-related references.

Responsibilities

• Provides friendly companionship and assistance with daily activities including dressing guidance, grooming, meal preparations, medication reminders, running errands, laundry and light housekeeping.
• Personal care including bathing, dressing, mobility, incontinence care, feeding and other services.
• Provides transportation to doctor's appointments, beauty shops, etc.
