Job summary

Synergy HomeCare of Bradenton is seeking Home Health Aides for morning and daytime shifts, delivering in-home care to clients in Manatee County.

You will provide personal, mobility, and memory care support, with training provided; a proven ability to show up on time, with compassion, CPR certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Driver's License with reliable transportation to cover Manatee County.
• High School Diploma.
• Passion for helping seniors.
• CPR Certification.
• Experience required: 3 years of Home Care Agency or Health Care facility experience.
• Background Screening Requirement with Clearinghouse.

Responsibilities

• Bringing life-energizing care to a vulnerable population.
• Helping people stay in their own homes safely and successfully.
• Personal Care, including help with showering, incontinence, toileting, hygiene, feeding, dressing, skin and nail care, and more.
• Mobility Care, fall prevention, transfer assistance, mobility device assistance, exercise assistance, and more.
• Memory Care: Alzheimer's and other dementia care, brain fitness activities, sensory stimulation, behavior reduction, and safety supervision.
• Companionship and Light Housekeeping duties, which may include pet care.
