Job summary

Sunrise View Assisted Living in Minnesota is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide compassionate, person-centered care for residents, helping with daily living activities to promote safety and well-being. We offer a starting wage of $19.50/hour along with health and life insurance, paid time off, and paid holidays.

On-site training is provided, and no prior experience is required to apply. Schedule rotates every other weekend and every other holiday, with shifts including Day

Responsibilities

• Assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, toileting, transferring)
• Medication Administration
• Food preparation and serving
• Housekeeping and laundry services
• Socialization and activities
• Provide tours to potential residents and their families
• Assist with community events
• Maintain good relations with residents, family members, guests, coworkers, etc.

Our Home Health Aides (HHAs) work a schedule that includes rotating every other weekend and every other holiday. The typical hours as listed below:

• Day Shift: 7:00am-3:00pm
• Evening Shift: 3:00pm-11:00pm
• Overnight (NOC): 11:00pm-7:00am
