Advantage Nursing Services is seeking Home Health Aides and Caregivers to join our family‑owned team in Festus, MO. You will assist with activities of daily living, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and safe transfers, providing compassionate care to clients at home.

Work schedule is Thursday through Monday, 1pm–6pm, with hourly pay of $16–$18. We value reliability, clear communication, and a patient‑centered approach to support families in our community.
