Job summary

Twin Valley Assisted Living in Minnesota is seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide direct care and support to residents, including bathing, meals, recreation, and daily activities. You will participate in community events, give tours to prospective residents, and maintain strong relationships with residents and families.

The role emphasizes communication, organization, and adherence to state HHA requirements, with on-site orientation and a hands-on, resident-focused work environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a desire to work with seniors.
• Requires level of knowledge normally required in the course of obtaining a high school diploma.
• Completion of on-site orientation program and maintain state requirements of a certified home health aide.
• Work effectively with general supervision, ability to organize and manage own work load in a busy environment.
• Ability to communicate well with residents and families promoting customer service and respect.
• Meet the physical job demands of the position.

Responsibilities

• Part Time:4p-10p position
• PRN/Casual (as needed)
