Right at Home Columbus is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to provide essential in-home care for seniors and adults with disabilities in Franklin County, Ohio. We offer flexible shifts, weekly pay, paid training, caregiver recognition programs, and opportunities to grow with a leading international home care company with 25+ years of experience.

You will assist with activities of daily living, light housekeeping, meal prep, medication reminders, transportation and companionship, while

Qualifikationen

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Must lift/move 50 lbs without assistance.
Pass a background check.
STNA, CNA, Home Health Aide certification preferred.

Aufgaben

Provide personal care activities for activities of daily living.
Assist with transferring client safely and perform light housekeeping.
Prepare meals and snacks per instructions; accompany to appointments.
Administer medication reminders and assist with ROM exercises.
Provide dementia care and offer companionship through reading, music, or puzzles.

Kenntnisse

English proficiency

Valid driver’s license

Background check

CNA/HHA certification preferred
