Job summary

Right at Home is seeking compassionate CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers to support seniors and adults with disabilities across Columbus, NE. Join a team that values care, safety, and personal connection while providing in-home services.

You'll perform household tasks, mobility assistance, meals, transportation support, and medication reminders, delivering dignified, client-centered care with training and ongoing development offered by the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift/move 50 lbs.
• English literacy as needed for the job.
• Valid driver’s license with automobile insurance.
• Pass a background check.
• CNA license, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with transferring/moving client from place to place throughout their home.
• Performing housekeeping activities (vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, dishes, changing bed linens, laundry, bathroom).
• Preparing meals and snacks according to instructions.
• Accompanying client on errands or medical appointments.
• Bathing/Showering/Dressing/Shaving.
• Medication reminders.
• Assisting with prescribed ROM exercises.
• Dementia care.
• Companionship activities like reading, music, puzzles.
