Job summary

Team Select Home Care of Indiana, LLC is seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide skilled personal care and ADLs in patients' homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The role reports to the RN and follows the care plan.

Pay ranges from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid training; weekly pay and ongoing education opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Empathetic and compassionate attitude toward patient care.
• Ability to read and write, and to communicate effectively with patients and RN.
• Mature, reliable, and flexible in responding to patient needs.
• Complies with state regulations and agency policies.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct personal care, ADLs, meal preparation, and light household tasks as ordered.
• Documents visits accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assists with medications that are self-administered as applicable.
• Reports changes in patient condition to the RN promptly.
• Maintains infection control practices and safety procedures.
