Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Valid FL Driver's License.
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• Valid HHA Certification (minimum of 75 hours).
• Alzheimer's & Dementia CEU (2 hours).
• Assistance with Self Administration of Medication CEU (minimum 2 hours).
• HIPAA CEU (1 hour).
• HIV/AIDS CEU (4 hours).
• Reliable transportation and current auto insurance.
• Knowledge of the English language.

Aufgaben

• Provide care in accordance with the Care Plan.
• Thoroughly document all care provided during shift.
• Assistance with activities of daily living including bathing and medication reminders.
• Monitor Alzheimer's & Dementia Clients.
• Assist Clients with mobility exercises.
• Comply with policies and procedures.
• Work all assigned shifts.
