Job summary

Tradition Homecare - FL is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our compassionate team. You will assist patients with daily living, monitor vital signs, support hygiene, and help improve quality of life in a home-care setting.

Hours are 3 days a week, 9am–5pm, with a flexible schedule and a 1:1 patient ratio to ensure personalized care. Candidates must have current HHA/CNA, CPR, and background check. Driving license preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have HHA or CNA credential and active CPR.
• Background check Level 2 and valid driver license.
• CPR and HIPAA/OSHA related trainings completed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
• Support hygiene and dressing, mobility, and transfers.
• Assist with walking and light mobility/therapy exercises.
• Provide adjunct client care and companionship.
• Attend doctor appointments when needed and remind medications.

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) to register with our team. In this position, you will assist patients with their daily living needs, provide compassionate care, and generally increase their quality of life. Responsibilities may include monitoring vital signs, assisting with hygiene needs, and medication reminders. The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and willing to be an advocate for their patients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with daily living activities
• Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing
• Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
• Provide adjunct client care
• Provide Companion Care
• Ride Along to doctor appointments
• Medication reminders

QUALIFICATIONS

• Home Health Aide Certification (HHA) or Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Background Screen Level 2
• Current CPR Card (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
