Home Helpers of the Palm Beaches is seeking a compassionate Caregiver (Home Health Aide) to provide one-on-one, in-home assistance for elderly clients in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. You will deliver companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, personal care, and transportation as part of a client-centered care plan.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of healthcare experience preferred.
• Hold a valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record.
• Have a smartphone and email account.
• Understand the importance of client confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Providing caring and dependable companionship
• Light housekeeping
• Preparing meals and snacks
• Assisting with personal hygiene (like bathing and toileting)
• Transportation to and from appointments and activities
• Carrying out a plan of care that best supports your client
• Creating compassionate and supportive solutions to your client's unique needs by collaborating with your Home Helpers team and your client's family
