Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Certification in nursing assistance or related field preferred; licensure where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort and basic care to patients in their homes.
• Collaborate with hospice team to address physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
• Support patients and families with dignity and compassion during end-of-life care.
• Assist with activities of daily living as appropriate within scope of practice.
