BrightStar Care of East & NW Columbus is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) in Columbus, OH 43207. The role offers part-time hours with starting pay of $16/hour and weekly direct deposit.

You will provide dignified in-home care and companionship, following a personalized care plan for daily living activities. The schedule runs Monday–Sunday, 4:00 PM–8:00 PM, with 4-hour shifts and a consistent timetable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in home care, home health, or a related field.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background and drug screening.
• Dependable, professional, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

Starting Pay: $16/hour | Weekly Pay | Part-Time

We are looking for a caring, dependable, and experienced Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide quality care and companionship to a client in the Columbus, OH 43207 area.

This is a great opportunity for a caregiver who takes pride in helping others, is dependable, and enjoys making a positive difference in a client’s daily life.

Schedule

Monday – Sunday | 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

• 4-hour shifts
• Consistent schedule

What You'll Do

As a Home Health Aide, you will help provide compassionate, respectful care while supporting the client's daily needs and independence.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with activities of daily living and personal care as assigned.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Helping maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
• Following the client's individualized care plan.Communicating professionally with the client, family, and care team.
• Supporting the client with patience, dignity, and respect.
• Maintaining accurate and timely communication regarding the client's needs.

The client may occasionally have verbal or emotional outbursts. These situations are non-physical. We are looking for someone who can remain calm, patient, and professional while providing consistent and supportive care.
