Job summary

BrightStar Care of East & NW Columbus in Circleville, Ohio is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide in-home care for clients in the Circleville area.

Starting pay is $19.00 per hour with a Monday–Friday schedule and day or night shifts. Join our team to help clients live safely at home, receive weekly pay and strong benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) with employer match.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in home care, home health, or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Valid auto insurance with proof of current coverage.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.
• Dependable, professional, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other activities of daily living.
• Provide mobility assistance and help maintain a safe home environment.
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with basic errands.
• Observe and report changes in client condition to the care team.
• Follow individualized care plans and complete required documentation.
