Job summary

Pathways Healthcare in Massachusetts is hiring a Home Health Aide/Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate, in-home care to patients in Pepperell and nearby towns. The role emphasizes clinical judgment, observation, and documentation under RN supervision.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, part-time with mileage reimbursement and PTO. Eligible candidates must hold MA CNA and NH LNA licenses, be at least 18, and have CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in Massachusetts and Licensed Nursing Assistant in New Hampshire.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and document care given.
• Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision.
• Empathy for the needs of the ill, injured, frail and the impaired.
• Possess and maintains current CPR certification.
• Demonstrates tact, patience and good personal hygiene.
• Licensed driver with automobile that is insured in accordance with Organization requirements and is in good working order.

Responsibilities

• The Home Health Aide is a CertifiedNursing Assistant and paraprofessional member of the home care team who works under the supervision of a registered nurse or therapist and performs various personal care services as necessary to meet the patient’s needs. The HHA is responsible for observing patients, reporting these observations and documenting observations and care performed. The HHA will be assigned by a Registered Nurse in a manner that promotes quality, continuity and safety of a patient’s care.

• Service Area: Pepperell, Groton, Shirley and surround areas
• Schedule: Monday-Friday (8:30-5:00pm)
