Job summary

Associated Home Care is hiring Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Homemakers (HMKs) to support seniors at home. Locations across Massachusetts, with full-time and part-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
• HHA Certificate or CNA License is helpful but not required — training is provided.
• Open availability strongly preferred.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Previous CNA/PCA/Homemaker/Companion experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with light housekeeping, errands, meal prep, grocery shopping, and transportation.
• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, mobility support, and incontinence care.
• Offer companionship and conversation to promote emotional well-being.
• Provide medication reminders as needed.
• Document daily activities and client well-being.

Your Responsibilities
