Job summary

Associated Home Care is hiring Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Homemakers (HMKs) across Massachusetts. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and flexible scheduling in a supportive, family-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation required.
• HHA Certificate or CNA License preferred, but training will be provided.
• Open availability strongly preferred.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Previous experience as CNA, PCA, Homemaker, or Companion is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with light housekeeping, errands, meal prep, grocery shopping, and transportation.
• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, mobility support, and incontinence care.
• Offer companionship and conversation to promote emotional well-being.
• Provide medication reminders as needed.
• Document daily activities, client well-being, and any changes in condition.
