Job summary

Associated Home Care in Massachusetts is seeking compassionate caregivers to fill Personal Care Assistant, Home Health Aide, and Homemaker roles. You will help seniors live safely at home with dignity, independence, and joy, performing light housekeeping, personal care, and companionship.

We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay with direct deposit, and benefits including medical, dental, and 401(k). Training is provided; a background check is required and open availability is highly valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation (required).
• HHA Certificate or CNA License preferred, but training provided.
• Open availability strongly preferred.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Previous CNA, PCA, Homemaker, or Companion experience is a plus.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with light housekeeping, errands, meal prep, grocery shopping, and transportation.
• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, mobility support, and incontinence care.
• Offer companionship and conversation to promote emotional well-being.
• Provide medication reminders as needed.
• Document daily activities, client well-being, and any changes in condition.
